The Convenzis Integrating Health and Social Care Conference is a showcase of best practices from teams across the NHS and provides a platform to meet and engage with sector-leading guest speakers, forward-thinking innovators and 200+ peers from across the NHS.

As part of Scotland’s engagement in the European Innovation Partnership on Active and Healthy Ageing (EIP on AHA) and the Reference Sites Collaborative Network (RSCN), Scotland has lead the development of a tool to assess regions’ progress and maturity in the provision of integrated care and innovative solutions for active and healthy ageing.
