IntegratedCare4People.org is maintained, owned and managed by the Andalusian School of Public Health (EASP) as WHO Collaborating Centre for the World Health Organization (WHO) and is governed by the legal policies of the Andalusian School of Public Health. 

The information contained in the following paragraphs shows the conditions and terms of use of the platform. As a user of the Web Platform, you have to accept these binding terms and conditions, while the Andalusian School of Public Health reserves the right to modify them. 

The use of the website is governed by the content of this legal notice.

Editorial policy

We envision that you will receive a response within two weeks of sending your request for a new community, or until the publication of your resource or practice.

All knowledge generated on the web platform, in the form of practices, communities and other features, is governed by a Creative Commons License. You can find more information about the copyright in the Terms of Use.

The services and information provided by the IntegratedCare4People web platform are completely free. Certain functionalities and pages are accessible to registered users only. 

IntegratedCare4People.org is a virtual space that allows the participation of anyone. This freedom carries certain risks. Part of content and tools of IntegratedCare4People.org is for registered users only. It is the responsibility of the registered user to protect its access credentials to prevent unauthorized access to IntegratedCare4People.org. For this web platform, this includes the implementation of all security mechanisms at the users’ disposable to prevent attacks on the website, phishing and spam. We therefore suggest ignoring and deleting any messages with suspicious content. The Andalusian School of Public Health (EASP) is the exclusive owner of all the intellectual property and industrial property rights to the own contents accessible through the IntegratedCare4People Web Platform, except where stated otherwise.

Except where stated otherwise, all content on IntegratedCare4People.org is licensed under the Creative Commons license CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 ES. Unless otherwise indicated, all WHO materials are published under the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial No Derivatives 3.0 IGO licence. 

The owners of IntegratedCare4People.org recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling the moral and legal obligations with respect to the use of copy-protected works. IntegratedCare4People.org shall not host copyrighted material, unless the third party who holds the intellectual property rights gives us their explicit consent to do so.

Any link made with the content of the Website shall require the prior consent of the Andalusian School of Public Health and shall allow identification of its origin. The use of such information on other Internet sites shall require the express authorisation of the Andalusian School of Public Health.

Normal web site usage

In general, you can browse IntegratedCare4People.org without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. The only information we gather during general browsing is from standard server logs. These include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, and information such as the web site that referred you to us, the files you download, the pages you visit, and the dates/times of those visits.

If you wish to share content, participate in a community, register for a newsletter, request information or provide feedback, you will be asked to provide personal information such as your name and e-mail address.

The personal data that you provide are collected with your knowledge and permission only and will be incorporated in an automated file, whose ownership and responsibility lies with the Andalusian School of Public Health who will undertake all necessary measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your information. The IntegratedCare4People Web Platform is a collaborative tool that uses social networks to promote knowledge exchange worldwide. Therefore, the information on your profile will be publicly available, except for your e-mail address. Based on this principle, we suggest you to carefully choose the information you want to provide in your profile, as this information will be public, except for your e-mail address, telephone, Skype ID and gender. 

The Andalusian School of Public Health recognises the entitlement of users to exercise their right of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the processing of their personal data. (See Order of 5 March 2009 laying down files with personal data of the Directorate General of Health Innovation, Systems and Technologies are created.) At any time, you can cancel or modify your information by returning to the web page where you first provided the information and sending an email to info@integratedcare4people.org. 

Any information collected by our website, such as email address and telephone number, will never be passed on to any third party, unless required by law.

The Andalusian School of Public Health is not in any way responsible for any damages that may be caused by third party users of the Web page as a result of illegal or inappropriate use of tIntegratedCare4People.org, nor as a result of content and information accessible or available through it, or sites linked to it. Those responsible will be users or third parties causing the damage.
