The International Foundation for Integrated Care is delighted to introduce the 2nd series of webinars on people-centred integrated care in practice. This series will have a particular focus on active and healthy ageing and preventing and managing frailty. The webinars will be hosted by IFIC Scotland in collaboration with the University of the West of Scotland, the Institute of Research and Innovation in Social Services, and the Health and Social Care Alliance. 

This webinar in our second series of Integrated Care Matters will focus on Improving acute frailty in acute care in Scotland: from evidence to experience. The webinar will take place on Wednesday, 17th January at 12pm UK time and will last for one hour. The webinar is free to access but places are allocated on a first come basis to a limited number so make sure to book your place early.
