Healthcare providers around the world are seeking to manage the rising burden of chronic conditions against a backdrop of both growing and ageing populations as well as greater expectations of health services. Effects of Training Health Workers in Integrated Management of Childhood Illness on Quality of Care for Under-5 Children in Primary Healthcare Facilities in Afghanistan

Neonatal and infant mortality in Afghanistan has decreased considerably since 1990. Despite this, infant morbidity and mortality remains among the highest in the world. In relation to this, the integrated training in the primary care of health workers regarding the main diseases that affect children is an effective strategy.

HealthBuddy, a multilingual interactive chatbot, is the newest tool to be launched as a resource for countries in Europe and central Asia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Community-based integrated approach to changing women's family planning behaviour in Pakistan, 2014–2016

Pakistan is currently experiencing a clear imbalance in population needs and available resources. Although contraceptive use increased from 11.9% in 1990 to 35% in 2013 and the fertility rate declined from 5.4 births per woman in 1990 to 3.8 in 2013, women in Pakistan still report a high unmet need for family planning services, of −20%. Hospital officials are looking to reduce traffic on the hospital wards. The less congestion on the ward, cause that the staff work by more quality and freely also patients are waiting less. Access and utilisation of primary health care services comparing urban and rural areas of Riyadh Providence, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has seen an increase in chronic  diseases. International evidence suggest that early intervention is the best approach to reduce the burden of chronic disease. However, the limited research available suggests that health care access remains unequal, with rural populations having the poorest access to and utilisation of primary health care centres and, consequently, the poorest health outcomes.
